How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver your personalized pillow within approximately 5 to 7 business days from the date of your order. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and the time of year.
Can I choose the shape and design of my pillow?
Absolutely! You can select from our pre-designed shapes or submit your own unique idea. Whether it's a star, animal silhouette, or a one-of-a-kind shape, we bring your vision to life.
What materials do you use for the pillows?
Our pillows are made with velvety, hypoallergenic, ultra-soft polyester to ensure they are soft, durable, and safe for everyone, including children.
Can I return or exchange my pillow?
Since our pillows are personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to make it right.

Do you ship overseas?
